Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator.

To correct this problem, Click on Start, click on Run

Copy the following text:

REG DELETE HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /f

and paste it there in Run Window, Click OK.

Now your Registry Editor Should work.
