You'll need the following.
1) .Net framework (latest)
2) SP3 (downloadable from microsoft website)
3) nLite (free asoftware)
After getting these, install .net and run nLite.
Follow instructions to get a nice XP SP3 of your own creation.
You can also set options to install drivers, add themes automate the install and so on.
